Envy Skin Gallery is not your average tattoo parlor. It’s more like a tattoo spa, which is the vibe that owner Billy Hill wanted to get across when he approached us about doing a television commercial. It’s all about the art for Billy– both the art of tattooing and his art itself – so we brought the art to life. Some of it is subtle and some of it is obvious, but all of it is Billy’s and that’s what was most important.
